How is the jewelry made?

All the jewelry is designed and handmade in my studio in Israel. Each product listing contains a brief description of the processes used to create it.

Usually, the answer is yes. Please contact me for an answer to your specific inquiry.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most pieces are made to order. Average production time is 1–2 weeks, and shipping depends on the option you choose during checkout. If you need your order within a specific time-frame, please contact me to find out if it is possible. I will make every effort to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. I ship via EMS – International Express, and Registered Airmail.

What about customs fees?

Any fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs policies prior to placing your order. 

What if I receive my order and it is not what I expected? 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason at all, please contact me as soon as possible. Unworn items may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, within a reasonable timeframe.

I live in Israel, how do I order from your site?

If you would like to pay in USD, you may check out using your credit card or PayPal account.

If you prefer to pay in ILS, select the "Bill me in ILS" option at checkout. An invoice in ILS, payable by PayPal or credit card, will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Your order will be processed once payment has cleared. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Do your prices include VAT?

If you are ordering within Israel, 18% VAT will be added at checkout.
